Our Rotary Club has funding available for local projects needing some extra support. On this page you will find two application forms. One for request for funding under $500 and the other for funding over $500. After completing the donation request form you can either mail the form to: Rotary Club of Illinois Beach PO Box 391 Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096 or email the form to donna.linder@cbexchange.com
